At La Carrosserie Corbex, we have the privilege of regularly working on prestigious vehicles. This Lamborghini Gallardo, the Bull brand's iconic V10 model, was entrusted to us for a complete aesthetic transformation: a change of exterior color and a complete customization of the interior, all in an intense and elegant black, at the request of a customer wishing for a more radical aesthetic.
Our aim: to deliver a Gallardo in full black, with an impeccable finish, without compromising on the quality of the materials or the manufacturer's requirements.
Initial vehicle condition
The Gallardo arrived in its original yellow livery, with a biton (yellow/black) leather interior. Although still in good condition, the owner wanted to modernize and unify the styling, opting for a more aggressive, timeless full-black look.
Exterior color change: from yellow to deep black
Stages of external transformation:

- 2Controlled stripping of original shade
- 3Application of a gloss black metallic paint, in several coats
- 4High-gloss varnish + ceramic protection
- 5Polish finish for mirror depth
Interior renovation: leather, plastics and custom upholstery
Stages of interior customization:
- Disassembly of dashboard, seats, door panels and center console
- Retouching and re-staining leather in matt black with satin finish
- Contrast stitching replaced by tone-on-tone stitching
- Piano black paint for plastic inserts and decorative elements
- Leather cleaning and moisturizing treatment for optimum durability
Every detail has been carefully considered to ensure a uniform finish, while retaining the authenticity of the original high-end materials.
